“The wife and I went to Moon Palace Resort in Cancun Mexico.It was a beautiful experience and a great place to stay.From the very beginning of our trip Birkoff Bacmeister and his manager Daniel Morales made sure that our experience here at the Moon Palace Resort was going to be an experience of a lifetime.All of the staff was very polite and accommodating.The customer service that we got was excellent.Moon Palace Resort is a great place to bring family and friends.I highly recommend Moon Palace Resort for it's top notch service and treatment.”

“Fantastic resort! The service is the best I've ever had. The resort is very clean and smells nice. They are taking every precaution to make sure everyone is safe. They are cleaning everything multiple times a day. I even saw an employee wiping down the garbage can. Also, at night they go around and clean all of the little coffee tables at the pool so they are ready in the morning. We stayed at sunrise and the food was fantastic. I think the food was 10x better than on a cruise. The spa is very nice and the people working there really know what they are doing. I recommend this plat to everyone. They have a lot of options for families too.”
