“No creo que hayamos acertado del todo con este hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, a un paso de Times Square; pero la habitación que nos dieron fue muy pequeña y nada nueva ( el hotel en general no lo es) y la limpieza escasa a pesar de que dejábamos propina cada día. El personal de recepción correcto sin más y el de cafetería muy poco agradable.”

“The hotel was not clean at all. There was blood on the sheets, hair ties and other trash left over from the previous guest, and the bathroom needed additional cleaning. My stay could have been perfectly fine, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would highly recommend that you stay elsewhere, especially if you are looking to stay near Penn Station. The staff was also not particularly friendly nor warm. I was never greeted when walking into the hotel despite how close the front desk is to the front door. The staff seemed rather indifferent towards the needs of the guests. Maybe bringing back daily housekeeping would help keep the rooms cleaner. I would also recommend improving upkeep as all the outlets in my room were loose and could not hold my chargers.”
