Tivemos nossa cerimônia de casamento aqui, que foi reservado 1 semana e meia para o nosso casamento devido ao nosso outro local não ser capaz de nos acomodar mais e foi simplesmente perfeito. Michele e o resto da equipe envolvida tornaram a experiência incrível. A hospitalidade foi ótima! Definitivamente recomendo.

We had our wedding ceremony here which was booked 1 and a half weeks to our wedding due to our other venue not being able to accommodate us anymore and it was just perfect. Michele and the rest of the staff involved made the experience amazing. There hospitality was great! Will definitely recommend.

Nice hotel in Calgary! We chose to have a little staycation and support our City. Within walking distance of many great Downtown restaurants. Clean, helpful, service - Charles in Service was awesome. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and steam room the most. We also got lucky and had the gym to ourselves for a quick workout. We parked in the West Tower parkade and the total for Saturday/Sunday was $12.

Amazing staff! Spent the night at the fairmont to celebrate my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make our kid-free night a fabulous one. They even gave me complimentary drink and cake to celebrate my birthday. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern.

First time staying at the Palliser, and it was a wonderful experience. Tucked right up against the Calgary Tower, it is one block from Stephen Avenue and close to everything in downtown Calgary. The hotel itself is beautiful, historic, and well maintained. We really enjoyed Hawthorn for both cocktails and breakfast. The service was good, and the room was very large, clean, and so comfortable (the bathroom and shower were especially great)! Fairmont does a wonderful job of making you feel like a valued guest, and this stay was no exception to that. We also definitely appreciated their commitment to health and safety during this pandemic and how they took measures to ensure their guests stayed healthy.

Overall experience was great from the start til the end. I just want to commend Peter our server from Hawthorn who did an exemplary job. We celebrated my sister's bday at the restaurant and we felt the genuine care and above and beyond service from Peter.

Made a reservation for my son's wedding night with a special Bed & Breakfast package and received a confirmation email detailing the price and that everything, including gratuities and full breakfast, was included. I signed a secure payment document so that my son would not have to incur any expenses. I was charged the price as quoted, but my son had an extra $467 put on his card. I have been phoning daily for a week and just get the run around. Various staff or managers say they will call me back and do not. I got a vague call last night from someone who said there would be some amount of refund for my son's charges, but he could not tell me if it will be for the full amount overcharged. This hotel was once a grand place with impeccable service. But they seem to be in complete disarray and have very poor customer service. There has been no real follow-up on this issue and there is still no refund for the overpayment. Given the lack of follow-up on this issue I recommend that people avoid staying here until they find their way back to a better system for accurate billing and top notch service.

É um hotel bastante antigo. No quarto no qual fiquei, a porta do banheiro batia no vaso sanitário. No corredor, o cheiro de maconha era fortíssimo. Uma tradição no Canadá, que pode parecer estranho é a presença de trausentesque não são hóspedes pelos corredores.

Probably my best experience at a hotel ever. We stayed there for the first two nights of our honeymoon and they gave us a better room and sent champagne and chocolate to our room. It is a perfect location, in a nice area, rooms are beautiful, big, comfortable and clean. We truly recommend it!Probablemente la mejor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Pasamos las dos primeras noches de nuestra luna de miel y solo por eso nos dieron una habitación mejor y mandaron champán y chocolate a nuestra habitación.
