“Beaches resort on Turks and Caicos is a beautiful place to vacation. The grounds are well maintained and easy to navigate. All the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fantastic, particularly the Italian village which is where my family stayed. The food is very good, however, despite there being 20 restaurants at the resort, there isn't as much menu variety between them as one may expect. The best part of this resort are the pools and the beach. There was always room to get chairs and swim at every pool whenever we went. The beach and the ocean water is gorgeous, warm, and calm. One note about traveling here - when my family traveled here the airport workers went on strike the day we were coming in. This closed the airport and caused flight delays and even cancellations.Google it and you'll find this has happened often over the past 10 years or so.”

“This is our second stay in here and we definitely can see some changes. The hotel itself is beautiful and the beaches are outstanding. The entertainment team is also very good. The food can be better , we could notice that the variety of fruits is limited and when you order a steak there’s only well done option available. The meat substitute is Just awful. My wife called the service relaxed , I think it was sloppy. Waiting time in the service restaurants are ridiculous, you can wait 30 min to get in and more than an hour for food. I wouldn’t mind if we didn’t have the kids with us. I also needed maintenance a few times and We didn’t get service in a timely manner, each time we had to ask for it more than once. Also add on that cost money are marketed very aggressively and sold in the childrens club, I’ve been toldthat if we don’t buy it our children will be sad - this is a red line for me. We have spent ridiculous amount of money on this holiday and I’m afraid we didn’t get a good value for it. I can think of other hotels that are way cheaper and deliver a better experience.”
