Como outros já disseram, o pessoal é maravilhoso. Minha TV funcionava apenas intermitentemente, um jovem tentou descobrir, mas não tinha ideia. Funcionou por cerca de uma hora e depois perdeu o sinal.A geladeira estava na posição mais fria e era difícil dizer que estava mesmo ligada. Como han dicho otros, el personal es maravilloso. Mi televisor solo funcionaba de forma intermitente, un joven trató de averiguarlo pero no tenía ni idea. Funcionó durante una hora más o menos y luego perdió la señal.La nevera estaba en la configuración más fría y era difícil saber si estaba encendida. Mayor, sin lujos pero excelente servicio amable

Like others have said, the staff is wonderful. My TV only worked intermittently, a young man tried to figure it out but he had no clue. It worked for a hour or so then lost signal. Fridge was on coldest setting and was hard to tell it was even on. Older, no frills but great friendly service

Eu tive uma ótima estadia neste hotel, toda a equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Os quartos eram agradáveis e limpos e muito espaçosos. o hotel está mostrando sua idade um pouco, mas parece que eles estão no processo de consertá-lo. foi ótimo ter um café da manhã quente aqui em vez de fruta uma barra de granola e uma garrafa de água que você consegue na maioria dos lugares agora. Eu recomendo este lugar e ficaria aqui novamente.

Tuve una gran estadía en este hotel, todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones eran bonitas, limpias y muy espaciosas. el hotel está mostrando su antigüedad, pero parece que están en proceso de arreglarlo. Fue genial tener un desayuno caliente aquí, en lugar de fruta, una barra de granola y una botella de agua que se obtiene en la mayoría de los lugares ahora. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar y me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

I had a great stay at this hotel, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and very roomy. the hotel is showing its age some but it seems they are in the process of fixing it up. it was great to have a hot breakfast here as apposed to fruit a granola bar and bottle of water you get at most places now. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Absolutely terrible hotel and the Assistant Manager is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in any customer service context. They canceled half a reservation with no warning and refused to give a refund for one room or give us the second room back. They refused to help in any way or provide any productive suggestions. If you want a reliable place to stay with polite staff try anywhere else in Lawton first.

1st and foremost I want to say if I was rating the staff alone, they would have 5 stars. They were amazing. They went above and beyond making sure they assisted us anyway they could. The 1st issue to me is a SAFETY ISSUE! not only was the smoke detector beeping in my friends Room I counted 4 more beeping in the hallways to go to the pool. Mind you where the 1st floor on the North wing of the building. If that many are going off in that area and makes you wonder about the up stairs and the South wing and how many smoke detectors are chirping out there. My 2nd issue was when I went to take a shower the shower, there was more water coming out of the faucet instead of the shower head and it was squealing so loudly. Also a little glitch with housekeeping, not such a big deal but I had conditioner and body lotion and no shampoo containers in the bathroom. makes it kind of hard to wash your hair, if you forget to bring these things with you.

Ok, quando descobrimos quem tentou cancelar as reservas de hotel. O lugar parecia muito degradado. No entanto, eu entrei para ver se eu poderia fazer isso e lá dentro era muito mais agradável do que o pessoal era muito bom. Os quartos eram limpos, exceto por um dos banheiros e banheira, mas sempre viajamos com água sanitária, então apenas limpamos o que é estranho de fazer. Eu sei, mas estou estranho que a piscina externa estava fechada. A piscina interna estava muito fria, mas estava aberta. O café da manhã estava bem. Mas a equipe foi ótima. Adoro a área de definição do lobby.

Okay when we first pulled up who tried to cancel hotel reservations. The place looked very run down. However I went inside to see if I could do that and inside was much much nicer than the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean except for one of the bathroom and bathtub but we always travel with bleach so we just cleaned that up which is weird to do. I know but I'm weird the outside pool was closed. The inside pool was very cold but it was open. The breakfast was okay. But the staff was great. Love the lobby setting area.

This is an older hotel.Rooms are being updated. Clean.Service was exceptional. Everyone polite and greeting you as you past.Indoor pool was warm.Breakfast was the usual hotel venue.Very easy to locate just off 44.We would stay again.

Nós realmente gostamos de passar quatro dias neste Best Western para a formatura do nosso filho em Fort Sill. Tornou-se uma boa base de casa para a nossa família como era conveniente para a base do exército e perto de muitas opções de restaurantes. Arrumação foi muito boa mantendo nossa quarto limpo cada dia. Outra vantagem para o hotel é que nós estacionamos o nosso veículo à direita na nossa porta do quarto - mais conveniente. Nem todos os quartos têm esta conveniência, por isso não deixe de pedir um quarto no primeiro andar com uma vaga de estacionamento adjacente

We really enjoyed spending four days at this Best Western for our son's graduation at Fort Sill.It became a nice home base for our family as it was convenient to the Army base and close to many choices of restaurants.The best part about our experience was the breakfasts each morning - a wide menu selection and our personal favorite was the french toast.The breakfast attendants were most attentive and we really felt Cedric went out of his way each morning with phenomenal service taking away our plates, providing refills and making sure all was well. Housekeeping was very good keeping our room clean each day.Another plus to the hotel is that we parked our vehicle right in from of our room door - most convenient.Not all rooms have this convenience so be sure to ask for a room on first floor with an adjacent parking spot
