“I'm going there today. Let's see how it goes and I will update my review accordingly. I already gave 5 stars just for being optimistic about it. I hope I don't have to change it!
Once I'm done, I will write a full review on every aspect of the hotel so that others can have a clear idea of what to expect when visiting Hyatt Place Al Rigga.
Update:
First of all, I booked 1 bedroom apartment but when I reached the front desk, they immediately upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment at no extra cost. That was very thoughtful of them. All staff were very friendly especially Ilyas. Even the manager greeted me by name and was very kind and ensured that everything was perfect.
The apartment was really big, clean, and tidy with 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies with swimming pool view. Even though the swimming pool was a little bit small but it was clean and nice.
The food was really delicious especially dinner even though there weren't much food variety.
Piece of advice: when you reach there, park temporarily in front of the hotel and go inside to check in. Then someone will help you drive to the parking lot which is in the backside of the hotel in Basement 2.”

“Eu vou lá hoje. Vamos ver como vai e vou atualizar meu comentário de acordo. Já dei 5 estrelas só por estar otimista com isso. Espero não ter que mudar isso! Assim que terminar, escreverei uma resenha completa sobre todos os aspectos do hotel para que outras pessoas possam ter uma ideia clara do que esperar ao visitar o Hyatt Place Al Rigga. Atualizar: Em primeiro lugar, reservei um apartamento de 1 quarto, mas quando cheguei à recepção, eles imediatamente nos mudaram para um apartamento de 2 quartos, sem nenhum custo extra. Isso foi muito atencioso da parte deles. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, especialmente Ilyas. Até o gerente me cumprimentou pelo nome e foi muito gentil e garantiu que tudo fosse perfeito. O apartamento era muito grande, limpo e arrumado, com 3 banheiros e 2 varandas com vista para a piscina. Embora a piscina fosse um pouco pequena, era limpa e agradável. A comida estava realmente deliciosa, especialmente o jantar, embora não houvesse muita variedade de comida. Um conselho: quando você chegar lá, estacione temporariamente em frente ao hotel e entre para fazer o check-in. Então alguém o ajudará a dirigir até o estacionamento que fica na parte de trás do hotel, no Porão 2.”
