“Muy buena comida e instalaciones muy completas y diversas. El servicio es bueno, pero si no eres extranjero se notará la diferencia en el trato del personal del hotel. Aún con todo incluído la exigencia de propina es evidente para que consideren llevar dinero si quieren recibir un mejor trato. Considerar que el complejo está retirado, por lo que viajar en taxi hacia otros lugares costará más de 1,000 pesos por cada viaje redondo.”

“This resort was amazing!! I stayed at the Hideaway (adults only) section of this resort and it was more than I had expected. The service was phenomenal, everyone is super nice. The food is absolutely delicious at the restaurants; the food at the buffet is also really good and very bountiful, loads of options to choose from. Beautiful views from all around the resort. There were two checkpoints before even entering the resort where I had to verify my booking, so I felt very safe! The rooms were very clean and spacious. I can’t wait to go again!!”
