“Friendly staff and charming lodge. Beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. The doors to the rooms are old and paper thin. Make sure you are aware this establishment is kid friendly. We heard tiny monsters running and screaming up and down the halls until 11:30 and later sometimes. It would be great if there were separate floors for couples and families. Also the room service didn’t sweep the floor or replenish tea and mugs. The Spa was pretty decent especially since it came with our room and the view was nice. Keep in mind you need to bring a shower cap and sandals or you will have to purchase them.”

“Loved it, great location, loads of facilities, spa, massage, pool and the best thing for parents is Victoria. She and her team look after the kids, drawing, cinema and general entertainment. They are the heroes of the day. The guys at the ski rental department accessed from the hotel reception are a joy to deal with. The ajoining restaurant La Bodeguita was also very good. Staff were great, relaxed and welcoming. The overall experience was 5 star and I thoroughly recommend. This was my first trip to Sierra Nevada and it was perfect. Great work guys 🤘.”
