Um dos melhores e enormes hotéis de Mumbai. Não há uma única coisa nesta propriedade pela qual você possa reclamar. A equipe de entusiastas do hotel bem qualificada e mais profissional pode ser vista ao redor. Do serviço de arrumação, mensageiro ao gerente, nenhum compromisso com a experiência do hóspede. A qualidade e o sabor dos alimentos são inigualáveis. A infra-estrutura atende a beleza com todas as pessoas trabalhando com esses lindos uniformes. O nível de conforto está no mesmo nível os quartos estão bem equipados, o banheiro só lhe dará a sensação de príncipe herdeiro (haha) aquelas camas macias e confortáveis não vão deixar você acordar na manhã seguinte... Hahah... Ele também tem boas lojas, se você quiser comprar mais uma adorável cafeteria Gourmet, que já tem cupcakes e café esquecíveis. Este hotel também tem um clube de franquia internacional "Toy Room Club" que você deve visitar pelo menos uma vez antes de morrer😂... Isso é tudo o que eu cobri quase tudo.. gosto de ser convidado lá. . .

One of the best and huge hotel of Mumbai. Not a single thing there is in this property for which you can complain. Well qualified and most professional hotel enthusiast team can be seen all around. From Housekeeping, bell boy to Manager none compromises with the guest experience. Food quality and taste are unmatchable. The infrastructure serves to the beauty with all the people working in those lovely uniforms. Comfort level is at par rooms are well equipped, bathroom will just give you the feeling of crown prince (haha) those soft and comfy bed won't let you wake up next morning... Hahah... It also has nice shops in if you wanna shop one more lovely named Gourmet coffee shop has ever forgettable cupcakes and coffee. This hotel also has a club of international franchise "Toy Room Club" one must atleast visit once before dying😂... That's all i thing as far covered almost everything.. enjoy being guest there...

Fiquei no Grand Hyatt Hotel em 2 de fevereiro de 2021 com minha família. Tivemos uma estadia muito boa e encantadora. Funcionários simpáticos, lugar limpo e organizado. Meus filhos adoraram tanto o lugar que não estavam prontos para voltar para casa. Boa experiência geral do check-in até o check-out. Recepcionista foi muito bom, mensageiro também foi útil, exceto a equipe do restaurante que eles não estavam atendendo a nossa mesa, mas concentrando-se principalmente na próxima mesa talvez coz de sua roupa ocidental. Um dos supervisores do restaurante me ajudou com coisas simples, como obter omelete e outro me ajudou com o chá masala, mas a equipe da linha (garçons e garçonete) não estava nem limpando os pratos sujos da nossa mesa. Lugar tão agradável com garçons menos treinados. Obrigado Grand Hyatt Hotel. Nós vamos voltar novamente.

Esta foi a nossa primeira vez no Hyatt Mumbai e devo dizer que o hotel superou minhas expectativas em todos os sentidos. Especialmente, a equipe foi muito atenciosa com as necessidades do hóspede. Exigimos um check-out tardio para as 18h e o gerente permitiu isso sem custos extras, enquanto outros hotéis do mesmo nível geralmente cobram uma quantia considerável pelo check-out tardio.

This was our first time at Hyatt Mumbai and I must say the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Especially, the staff was very considerate of the guest’s needs. We required a late checkoutfor 6pm and the manager allowed that at no extra costs, while other hotels of the same level generally take a hefty sum for late checkout.

I stayed in Grand Hyatt Hotel on 2 Feb, 2021 with my family. Had very good and lovely stay. Nice staff, neat and clean place. My kids loved the place so much that they weren't ready to come back home. Overall good experience from check in till check out. Receptionist was very good, bellboy was also helpful, except the restaurant staff they were not attending our table but focusing mostly on the next table maybe coz of their western outfit. One of the restaurant supervisor helped me out with simple things like getting omelette and other helped me with the masala tea but the line staff (waiters and waitress) were not even clearing the dirty dishes from our table. So nice place with less trained waiters. Thanks Grand Hyatt Hotel. We'll come back again.

Horrível. Eles não permitem que as mulheres usem seu banheiro. Contra a lei e a humanidade. Não daria estrela se fosse uma opção. Muito desapontado. Nunca esperei isso. Sempre foi meu hotel favorito até agora.

Uma experiência 5 estrelas completa é o que você obtém assim que faz o check-in neste hotel. O serviço deles é incrível, assim como as instalações que eles oferecem. A comida também é ótima e tem um cardápio bastante diversificado que pode te deixar muito confuso sobre o que pedir hoje! O ambiente no lobby também é de nível superior .. Eles têm um estacionamento gratuito no subsolo, wi-fi gratuito para os hóspedes e muitos recursos diversos .. Também está perto da autoestrada Western Express e do Aeroporto de Mumbai. No geral, é um dos melhores hotéis para se hospedar quando estiver em Mumbai!

Ótimo hotel, muitos eventos acontecendo, ótimo serviço e quartos eram decentes. A única coisa que não gostei foi não dar um tour pelo hotel e ele era tão grande que às vezes ficava perdido até mesmo para encontrar meu quarto. Além disso, o café da manhã era bom, não muito bom.Mais uma coisa, se por acaso você for lá, visite o restaurante e há essa estrutura 3D da Via Láctea e o corpo humano explicado. É super legal, preciso dar uma olhada.❤️

A complete 5 star experience is what you get as soon as you check in to this hotel.. Their service is amazing and so are the facilities they provide. The food is also great and it has a quite diverse menu that can make you really confused in what to order today! The ambience in the lobby also is next level.. They have a free basement parking, free wifi for the guests who stay and a lot of various features.. It is also close to the Western express highway and the Mumbai Airport. Overall it is one of the best hotels to stay at when in Mumbai!

Horrible. They don't allow women to use their washroom. Against law and humanity. Would give no star if that was an option. Very disappointed. Never expected this. It was always my favourite hotel until now.

Great hotel, lots of events happening, great service and rooms were decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the didn’t give a tour about the hotel and it was so big sometimes I was lost even to find my room. Also, the breakfast was fine not that great. One more thing, if you happen to go there do visit the restaurant and there is this 3d structure of Milky Way and human body explained. It is super cool, must check it out.❤️

(updated 11/11/21) Over the last decade I've stayed here consistently, and am here right now on my 24th visit. So, I'd say probably slept here for about six months! Something good has happened over the pandemic - its become Grander. The team work tirelessly to make the experience seamless. The rooms, the restaurants are the quality of care are absolutely superb. Second to none. The location, right by Western Highway makes getting around simple too. Grand Hyatt Mumbai remains my only hotel of choice in Mumbai.

I visited the hotel in the month of August. I forgot my glasses in the hotel. When I called them they confirmed that the glasses are in the hotel and I can get them. When I send a friend to collect my glasses they denied that they have one and replied that they will call back within an hour or so to confirm but I did not get any reply on the second day as well. I again called them on the second day but then again the same thing. Not expected carelessness from such brand name. Really a bad experience. Lost and found department also made promises but then it was of no use.

Wonderful experience, from check in till check out everything was just amazing. Loved the way we were greeted at reception. They gave colors set to my 3 year old son which was not at all expected. He was in love with his santa uncle who gave him welcome gift. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast evening snacks and dinner all were just amazing. Loved the experience. Will turn up again really soon.
