“We evacuated from hurricane Ian last Monday from the West coast with our elderly, large dog to the hotel for the week. The hotel allowed us to bring her under the circumstances and we were so grateful. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and provide the best service. The hotel appears to have hurricane windows that make you feel safe and help with any noise issues. We couldn't leave the room much but it was so comfortable and had such a great balcony, I didn't mind at all. Room service and housekeeping always checked on us and made our stay great. My husband used the gym and was very happy with it. Being able to stream our apps to the tv was very helpful as we really couldn't leave with the dog. I hope to return under better circumstances to enjoy all the amenities, pool and great location. Evacuamos del huracán Ian el lunes pasado desde la costa oeste con nuestro perro anciano y grande al hotel durante la semana. El hotel nos permitió traerla dadas las circunstancias y quedamos muy agradecidos. Todos hicieron todo lo posible para ayudar y brindar el mejor servicio. El hotel parece tener ventanas para huracanes que lo hacen sentir seguro y lo ayudan con cualquier problema de ruido. No podíamos salir mucho de la habitación, pero era muy cómoda y tenía un gran balcón, no me importó en absoluto. El servicio a la habitación y el servicio de limpieza siempre nos revisaron e hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera excelente. Mi esposo usó el gimnasio y estaba muy contento con él. Poder transmitir nuestras aplicaciones a la televisión fue muy útil ya que realmente no podíamos irnos con el perro. Espero volver en mejores circunstancias para disfrutar de todas las comodidades, piscina y excelente ubicación.”

“My husband and two kids (ages 4 & 6) just stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed dining at Evelyn’s for multiple meals, playing by the pool and spending time down by the beach across the street. Our kids also had a great time hanging out in the kids club and enjoying all the fun activities they had to offer. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing and were helpful throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be back again in the future!
