“muito muito muito decepcionado! Tem um tipo de localização muito bom de um ambiente agradável quando você entra pela primeira vez. A comida tem uma apresentação agradável, mas absolutamente carece de amor e sabor. Zero atenção aos detalhes. Estava faltando xícaras nos quartos, não conseguia pegar uma xícara para tomar uma xícara de café que você pode fazer no seu próprio quarto. Eles tinham algum tipo de situação em que tinham zero água quente e podiam até tomar um banho! ! Nem mesmo uma desculpa ou “é isso que vamos fazer por você”. Absolutamente zero atenção ao serviço ao cliente. Wynn realmente precisa abrir um hotel aqui!! não há sequer um serviço de transporte do aeroporto?”
