Breakfast was disappointing. There was no meat item the first morning. Which was disappointing because their breakfast ad specifically calls out a meat option as part of the morning breakfast. We did not have hot water for our showers. I called down to request sheets for our pull out couch and they said I would have to come down to the front desk. I got in late and would have appreciated all the beds in the room to have sheets and bedding so I could have just went to bed.

Quando chegamos ao hotel, não havia ninguém na recepção e esperei 15 minutos no lobby para fazer o check-in. Ele estava “resolvendo um problema” em um andar. As suítes são agradáveis - exceto pelo fato de não haver água quente em todo o hotel. Não podíamos tomar banho naquela noite nem na manhã seguinte. Gelado. Todo mundo estava fora. Perguntei que compensação o hotel estava oferecendo para compensar isso e ninguém seguiu como prometido. Não fomos informados no check-in e obviamente já era conhecido pelo hotel que eles tiveram problemas. Não. Impressionado. Quando você está pagando tanto por uma estadia, eu gostaria de poder assumir que terei essas pequenas vantagens como água morna…

Cuando llegamos al hotel, no había nadie en la recepción y esperé 15 minutos en el vestíbulo para registrarme. Estaba "abordando un problema" en un piso. Las suites son agradables, excepto por el hecho de que no había agua caliente en todo el hotel. No pudimos ducharnos esa noche ni a la mañana siguiente. Frío como hielo. Todo el mundo estaba fuera. Pregunté qué compensación ofrecía el hotel para compensar esto y nadie cumplió lo prometido. No nos informaron en el check-in y obviamente el hotel ya sabía que tenían problemas. No. Impresionado. Cuando paga tanto por una estadía, me gustaría poder asumir que obtendré esos pequeños beneficios como agua tibia...

When we got to the hotel, no one was at the front desk and I waited 15 minutes in the lobby to check in. He was off “addressing an issue” on a floor. The suites are nice - except for the fact there was no hot water in the entire hotel. We couldn’t shower that night nor the next morning. Ice cold. Everyone was out. I asked what compensation the hotel was offering to make up for this and no one followed up as promised. We weren’t informed at check in and it was obviously already known by the hotel they had issues. Not. Impressed. When you’re paying that much for a stay, I’d like to be able to assume I’ll get those little perks like warm water…

Ótima estadia para uma noite na suíte king de um quarto. Gostaria que meu marido e eu pudéssemos ter ficado mais dias. Fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com os pratos, panelas e frigideiras que foram fornecidos. Este lugar pode fazer uma estadia muito confortável por mais de alguns dias. Lugar aconchegante para descansar. Temos um quarto ao lado de uma porta lateral, porém, e ouvimos abrir e fechar durante toda a noite e pela manhã. Além disso, os quartos são ótimos, a cama é muito confortável e há uma lareira muito agradável no lobby.Café-da-manhã foi muito bom, ovos bonitos, etc. mas eles não têm quaisquer opções vegan. Eles devem adicionar opções veganas e uma proteína vegana.

Lugar cómodo para descansar. Sin embargo, conseguimos una habitación justo al lado de una puerta lateral, y la oímos abrirse y cerrarse toda la noche y toda la mañana. Aparte de eso, las habitaciones son estupendas, la cama es muy cómoda y hay una chimenea muy bonita en el vestíbulo.El desayuno era muy bueno, buenos huevos, etc. pero no tenían opciones veganas. Deberían agregar opciones veganas y una proteína vegana.

Gran estancia de una noche en la suite king de un dormitorio. Ojalá mi esposo y yo nos hubiéramos quedado más días. Quedé gratamente sorprendido con los platos, ollas y sartenes que se proporcionaron. Este lugar puede hacer una estadía muy cómoda por más de un par de días. Great stay for one night in the one bedroom king suite. Wish my husband and I could’ve stayed more days. Was pleasantly surprised with the dishes, pot and pans that were provided. This place can make a very comfortable stay for more than a couple days. Front desk was friendly and breakfast was good 👍🏻

Cushy spot to rest. We got a room right by a side door though, and we heard it open and close all night and morning long. Other than that the rooms are great, bed is very comfy, and there's a really nice fireplace in the lobby. Breakfast was really nice, good looking eggs, etc. but they didn't have any vegan options. They should add vegan options and a vegan protein.

Equipe amigável e amável, eventos sociais noturnos reduzidos para uma noite por semana. Tenho padrões extremamente altos de limpeza, não espero que ninguém os cumpra, mas fiquei feliz que os filtros de ar da unidade de aquecimento / ar condicionado estavam limpos e meus lenços de limpeza Lysol ficaram limpos. Isso é impressionante para mim.Camas limpas e confortáveis. Eu ficaria aqui novamente, desde que as mesmas condições estivessem presentes.

Ótima localização, quarto bem decorado e limpo, que também era silencioso. Embora eu só tenha ficado uma noite, definitivamente acomodaria uma estadia de uma semana. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos. O café-da-manhã de cortesia foi perfeito. Meu único problema era que não havia um serviço de transporte do aeroporto para o hotel que o site disse que estava disponível - eles pagam para você pegar um táxi. Eu definitivamente voltarei.

Excelente ubicación, habitación bien equipada y limpia que también era tranquila. Si bien solo me quedé una noche, definitivamente acomodaría una estadía de una semana. El personal fue atento y servicial. El desayuno de cortesía fue perfecto. Mi único problema fue que no había un servicio de transporte al hotel desde el aeropuerto, que el sitio web decía que estaba disponible, te pagan por tomar un taxi. Definitivamente regresaré.

Friendly, accomodating staff, evening socials reduced to one night per week. I have extremely high standards for clean, I don't expect anyone to meet them, but I was happy the air filters in the AC/ heating unit were clean, and my Lysol wipes came up clean. That's impressive to me.Beds clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again provided the same conditions were present.

Great location, well appointed and clean room that was also quiet. While I only stayed one night it definitely would accommodate a one week stay.The staff were caring and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was perfect. My only problem was there wasn't a shuttle to the hotel from the airport which the website did say was available - they do pay for you to take a taxi. I will definitely return.

Peguei isso depois que minha irmã e eu ficamos confortáveis. Localizado em um local tranquilo (perto do aeroporto se você precisar)Precisava do hotel para depois do Knotefest e o check-in foi tranquilo (baixe o aplicativo para check-in + você poderá usar seu telefone para destrancar a porta!). Os quartos eram limpos e não tinham um odor estranho. As camas eram confortáveis.Acordei tarde demais para o café da manhã, mas eu esperaria um café da manhã básico + a área do lobby foi aberta e confortável. Recomendaria este lugar + ficar aqui novamente se necessário.

Como membro diamante, espero todos os sinos e assobios que a Marca tem a oferecer, como uma fechadura que funcione, uma toalha de banho extra quando solicitada e um café da manhã verdadeiramente quente - talvez esta seja uma semana ruim. Bem, o ambiente na entrada era morno, eu até tive que pedir a John meu presente de água como um membro diamante. Pelo lado positivo, cada quarto era limpo e silencioso. A pressão da água no chuveiro era a mais baixa possível - o que faz parte do conceito verde. Bem, espero que minha experiência com diamantes melhore!

Took these after my sister and I got comfortable. Located in a quiet location (near the airport if you need it)Needed the hotel for after Knotefest and check in was a breeze (download the app for check in + you get to use your phone to unlock the door!). Rooms were clean and didn’t have a weird odor. Beds were comfortable.Woke up too late for breakfast but I would expect a basic breakfast + the lobby area was opened and comfortable. Would recommend this place + stay here again if need be.

As a diamond member I expect all the bells and whistles the Brand has to offer such as a deadbolt that works, an extra bath towel when called upon and a truly hot breakfast—perhaps this is an off week. Well, the ambiance upon entry was lukewarm, I even had to ask John for my water gift as a diamond member. On the bright side each guest room was clean and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was as low as you could get—which is part of the green concept. Oh well, let’s hope my diamond experience gets better!
